These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of futureforgetools.com operated by Future Forge Tools (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide online tools for working with documents, images, text, code, audio and video. Most tools run in your browser. Features, limits and availability may change over time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, process content you do not have the right to use, attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures, overload or disrupt the Service, or access it with automated tools without our permission.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. File tools run on your device and we do not receive your files. For AI tools, you grant us the limited permission needed to send your text to our AI provider and return the result. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and transform any content you process.

5. AI-generated output

Results from AI tools are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them, and follow the rules of your school, employer or publisher regarding AI assistance.

6. Plans and payments

Paid plans give higher limits for the period shown at checkout (for example one month or one year). Prices are shown before you pay. Plans do not renew automatically unless stated at checkout. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help; refunds are handled case by case and as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and content (excluding your own content) belong to Future Forge Tools or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or resell the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that results will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Always keep a copy of your original files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Forge Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the site owner is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
